5. No guarantee of outcome

While we work to give every application the best possible chance, we cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be approved, as approval is at the discretion of the authorities.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
